Passionate about making a real difference to young people’s lives through teaching, Lusine aspires to be a role model to students and show them reliability, responsibility, open mindedness and confidence. It is through these actions that students learn to be curious, adventurous, adaptable, flexible, respectful towards diversity, and globally competent. She encourages students to participate in various international projects and make friends with students from all over the world. Lusine collaborates with teachers from different countries to share experiences using the Web to make the learning process more effective and engaging. As an educator, she arranges projects, conducts research with foreign schools, and facilitates virtual excursions to other regions so that students can not only improve their language skills but also become young explorers, learning more about the world, developing tolerance, understanding, as well as critical thinking, problem solving, and other core competences.

She has collaborated with her colleagues to arrange and coordinated three student exchange projects in cooperation with Indian and Taiwanese schools, during which the participant students in Russia, Taiwan and India visited their peers abroad and learned about their cultures and traditions, as well as overcame language barriers.
